It is said time flies faster as you get older. This is true and not true. It is not true because as recent studies are showing - time does not exist, it's only a measurement so it cannot move. It is true that as we grow up and we get more responsibilities, our needs grow higher, we have more activities and we need more time to get everything done. Because of this time seems to pass faster.
The definition of time says:

I think time depends on what you are doing and where you are doing it. If you wake up early in the morning or really late at night when everything is quieter including your own mind - time passes slower. If you are in the middle of the day trying to do something in a place filled with people and activities, where your mind can keep busy - time flies by. To be honest a better dependency can be related more to your mind, your thoughts and activity.
As a recent busy adult that I've become I started comparing my time now to how it was when I was younger or less busier. My recent theory of time goes like this:
"A busy day is like a normal hour, a busy week is like a normal day, a busy month is like a normal week and a busy year is like a normal month."
This was my last year that felt like flying by like a month in normal time.
The problem is society starts to become busier and busier without even noticing, with less and less time for breathing and leisure activities. Everything is urgent now, we work 24x7, seven days a week and soon we will get to look at busy decades with less and less normal things. We need to remember time can also be paused, not everything is really urgent, to give our selves breaks and also fill our time with healthy leisure activities.
Find a correct rhythm for your time, be creative and use your time healthy, harmonically, with wisdom!

And a little inspiration for a relaxed way of working and doing things:
