The purpose of being alive is to be active, to feel life, to feel alive, to experiment, learn, improve and grow. Each of our body functions has a purpose and needs different activities to be engaged in.
Cells are renewed in the rhythm they are being used which needs to be a proper one, a balanced one as signaled by our organism. Next time insomnia visits you, think of what is required of you to do that you have put on pause or kept postponing?
There are too many things to do to accomplish them in a life time, so I hope to never again hear somebody say “I’m bored”/”I don’t know what to do”/”I don’t have anything to do”. If you get yourself in the bored/nothing to do state, start a meditation, visualize and let inspiration fly in, read a book, watch a movie/documentary, start learning a new skill.
There are many studies who show that learning new things keeps your body cells regenerating, so learning new things, doing and completing help to keep your immune system up and running at its optimal.
As there are so many things to do, you will need prioritization, organization and discipline. Also, when you start to learn something or integrate a new activity in your life – you need to keep doing it for at least 21 days for it to become a habit or reflex.
If you will look at how this 21 Days Program is built, you will notice a structure. The first 7-8 days are focused mostly on practiced of controlling your mind so that you will start acting from a healthy mindset and then induce health on the body. The next 7-8 days practices are about inspiring healthy actions and behavioral awareness, all that should be in sync with the overall collective good. We need a healthy collectivity to strive. The next 7 days will be about integrating everything and from a collective good mindset start focusing on yourself, your health, your growth.
The practice today is about acting, doing, integrating. Health is not made only by dreaming about a healthy life or being mindful, health is brought by actions that make healthy visions a reality.
The plan to help you in any activity implementation would be:
Step 1: Build/review the healthy mindset
Extract from Day 1, Day 2, Day 3, Day 4, Day 5, Day 6, Day 7, Day 8 the practices that go best with you and integrate them in everyday life. Using these practices create your mindset and the vision you want to make a reality, be it related to your health or how you can bring health, healthy service to others.
Step 2: Collective good integration
Embody that which you want to make a reality by being aware of what you inspire others and what the collective good, along with you really need. Make the necessary adjustments in your mindset and behavior. Even if your vision is related only to yourself, you need to have a healthy collectivity to support you and you need to provide support as well. Review Day 9, Day 10, Day 11, Day 12, Day 13.
Step 3: Watch the vision become real
You should soon start to see your vision become real. Keep on doing same practices that got you here, integrate new activities, expand, grow and learn everyday something new.
This life is an adventure and health is maintained by actively participating in it even if it is from your home. Learn and do something new every day.
