Day 8 – Health Algorithms

In Day 7 we already discussed about the power of words, also in Day 6 there is the practice of writing down phrases describing you having good health and boosting immune system. In Day 6, the practice was more on a visual level, helping you to form the image of a healthy you.
The programmers will love this, as today it will be more about coding/modeling and how to use words to build the “healthy you” image, a practice confirmed by neuro-linguistic programming studies.
There are many people who still can’t accept this can really help your health and change your behavior and life. Yet, how can we say our organs function independently? Who/what is giving them the instructions on how to function? How can we deny the power of our brain, the command center of our body?
You have everything you need, you just have to assume control and train your brain, give it conscious, positive, healthy commands.
It takes daily practice and a lot of effort, but it’s worth it.
Show love towards yourself and choose to make all necessary efforts to achieve the “healthy you” and your boosted immune system.
In Day 6 the writing process was more about helping you visualize, today is about examples of how to build a health algorithm and implement it, implementing means, besides visualizing, also speaking out loud the algorithm so that your brain also receives the sound vibration of this algorithm.
The implementation plan would be as follows:
Phase 1: Write your health algorithm
Make sure to use positive words/phrases, avoid negative words/phrases. Instead of using a negative form, be creative and find an alternate positive form to express the message.
Examples:
“I am healthy.”
“All my body organs and functions are working at their optimal.”
“My heart is healthy, pulsating in the optimal rhythm.”
“My blood flows without restrictions, flooding my organs with life and energy.”
“My cells renew and regenerate with every breath I take.”
“All infections, bacteria, viruses that are detrimental to my health are flushed away.”
“Any ache or pain I have is released.”
“My immune system is boosting.”
“Day by day my health is growing more and more.”
“Every day I take the right actions for achieving health and a boosting immune system”
“My food choices support health and a boosting immune system”
“I am healthy and grow more healthy every day”
You can add as many phrases as you want. Build the algorithm the way it feels right for you.
Phase 2: Speak your health algorithm
Every day, in the morning and/or before sleep read your health algorithm.
For a better sedimentation of it, it is recommended to repeat it three times per read session.
Also, try to combine this with the visualization of the “healthy you”.
This practice will signal your brain to form the right synapses, to determine your body to function in the most optimal way for you.
It would be best for you to say the words yourself each time, however you can also record yourself and listen to it from time to time.
