First there is the thought, then there is the word and then there is the action. We should strive for our thoughts, words and actions to be in sync and practice the power to choose our thoughts, our words and our actions. Health is also impacted by these, as our actions determine our health and our actions are determined again by thoughts and words.

When the end result is not what we expected we should stop and analyze these three axes even when we seem to not have time for this. In order to build further correctly, we should make sure we constantly review the current image in its entirety. Look carefully and see if your thoughts are healthy, if the words used are positive, if your actions are healthy

We say we commit to the things we say, do or think, but are we?

If the same bad patterns, health issues keep repeating and healing is not reached, than what you need to do is to re-evaluate your 3 axes.

And you may ask, how can you re-evaluate the 3 axes? First of all, be prepared because in the century of speed, this will not be easy as the re-evaluation requires you to slow things down. But hey, the world just slowed down, so here is your time to start doing this.

  • Thoughts

First you need to get into the meditative state. Practically follow same steps as in Day 1 practice. Try to spend more time on analyzing your thoughts.

Slow down your thoughts until the point they become paused, like pausing a movie. In the pause mode, look at them carefully, detached, objectively. Then make them disappear and stay like that for a bit, then bring them back still in pause mode. Don't be afraid if some just vanish out of the blue, it means they were not important or they might pop back when it is needed if it was important. Then looking at the ones that stayed, still in pause mode, look and see which ones are good, healthy, useful - keep those - then which ones are duplicates of the same pattern (try to look for patterns).

And that is how you clean your thoughts. It will require a lot of time at first and also now and then when more thoughts bubble up. Keep doing it, even when it is hard and precisely when you feel you are in lack of time. You know the saying, it is good to meditate at least 30 min/day, if you don't have time to do it 30 min/day then you need to meditate 4h/day to free yourself.

Sleep is also important and a lot of the above mentioned technique is automatically done in sleep, but when you are in chaos and sleep does not clear it, you definitely need meditation. Also through this technique of meditation you also train your subconscious to be more aware of what to keep and what not to keep when it is in auto-pilot in sleep mode.

  • Words

After the thoughts - clearing exercise, you know what comes - words. Only with the exercise on thoughts, your choice of words will be of much greater valor. When it comes to words, always remember less is better and expresses the message clearer. Indeed, sometimes you might need more words to express the right message, choose them carefully.

Keep in mind words create further so don't be surprised when words thrown away come to bite you back in the 'dorsal side'.

We might think, “ah, this is not important, the message is sent more through non-verbal”, “it’s more important what I meant by it”. Yes and no, indeed the message is sent more through non-verbal, yet if the words are not right, even if the non-verbal is there, it will lack context. I, even, at some point believed the same. But words matter and they can be used for positive or for negative.

If you notice negative things in your life, health issues that keep popping, ask your self - are you using negative words?

Mm maybe, right? Just try and achieve not using negative words for a while, without any negation.

Tough, but try it! Then look - is there something different? You know there is.

You might think, “ok, but a little negativity never hurt anyone”. In small quantities, negative is good, yes. Look at it, monitor it, does it accumulate? Then you know what you have to do.

You could also say, well some people only understand if you talk negatively back to them. Think again, what if you would just talk in a way that they would really understand and use positive, constructive words? Ah, but you need to make an effort right? Isn't laziness cool? Just like sometimes you use negative words only because you think it makes you look cool. Is this really the society we are building? I am not pointing fingers in particular but in totality. Let's start making efforts and build a positive society.

They say positive and negative will always be in balance. And that's great, yet we can try to elevate the balance.

What I said regarding negative words, goes as well for half-truths and un-truths. Yes, I know truth is relative. But you know to what is relative? Is relative to your inner and outer balance. Let's say you throw around words, concepts, messages which you know are not true and you keep doing it. Look more closely at what is going on in your life. Aren't you receiving same un-truths from somewhere else? Aren't you feeling treated unjustly in some aspects?

Just so you know, if you are not feeling/receiving un-truths/un-justice and you keep using un-truths and un-justice, be sure you will get it back at some point! Try to be true to yourself and others always.

If you ever question what is true anymore, remember - truth is when you are closest to global acceptance and love - untruth is when you are farthest away from global acceptance and love. Global acceptance and love means even accepting and showing love (in terms of compassion in a helpful, constructive way) to situations, actions, people with which/whom you don't agree with. When you find yourself judging someone or even putting yourself in the shoes of someone else, always remember there might be things related to the truth of the other which you might not know or fully comprehend.

Of course the truth of another should never harm anyone else and the same goes for your truth.

  • Actions

And finally we come to actions, which are words/thoughts put in motion. I also say thoughts put in motion because even though the path is thought-word-action, to speed things up we go passed the word sometimes.

Actions are in fact a quantum of thoughts and words in motion. Why do I say quantum? Because thoughts/words in the past will direct your actions in the present/future and thoughts/words of the future will direct your action again in the present/future.

Always act from a quiet mind!

From time to time, also slow down and look detached and objectively at your actions.

Remember the aim is not to have more actions/words/thoughts but to have more quality in your actions/words/thoughts.

Efficiency and quality, this the aim.

So I wish you all good, clear, healthy thoughts, words and actions!

And yes, the road is hard sometimes and we all make mistakes but we should always look to correct them with patience and perseverence.
