We help the one on top to be the true leader,

For a leader looks for help, being different from a ruler,

Just as we help the pilot land the plane with peace,

So soon safely on the ground all of us will be felice.

Only by helping others, we can our life enjoy,

Giving and sharing is the secret that spreads the joy,

In our silent inner work, we always help the flow,

When we are still and calm, know our self, we glow.

We applaud the right leader, first in our mind,

The one who does, who helps, who asks, who's kind,

Leaders like this, do deserve the right and big applause,

Helping us, making us boost with a happiness dose.

When the pilot lands the plane, we do enjoy the landing,

We can again run free and feel life's simple joy of being,

Heading home, we help the driver drive as well,

Keeping an eye, giving directions, we help him dwell.

This silent help, keeps awake humanity, for everyone,

This silent help reminds of everything that is still undone,

There is always a new jounrney, a destination in the air,

It may be same or different and may be common or rare.

You travel back and then again you travel forth,

You travel south and then again you travel north,

You travel home, then again you leave to unknown,

That is simply how life's wonders become known.

Then comes that time when we wait for things,

To rearrange, to readjust, to allow the changing,

Hoping everything will soon rearrange for the best,

When waiting and changing is far, life seems a test.

Waiting is virtue, always remember, do not forget,

In life's mystery, it's a clue you shouldn't reject,

Which you should mix with a creative pursuit,

Where grown seeds of love, life and joy you put.

The ancient mystics call this the alchemy of life,

Growing as you remain still and within you dive,

And just like that you cultivate the seed of love,

All that you need to grow, to take flight like a dove.

Infused with sensitivity is the whole humanity,

A mindfulness of what we are will come in this reality,

All we are left in these passing times is to endure,

Enjoying life just as it is, 'till evolution does indeed rule.

Evolution is complete when our heart is one again,

It will be then that only love will be that will reign,

To guide our consciousness through absolute,

This evolution is iminent, this is a decrete, a resolute.

Ajutăm un lider să colaboreze, nu să dicteze,

Susținem și răspundem cu semne bune și treze,

Când sunt turbulențe, pilotul navei e ajutat de liniște,

Cu calm și având încredere ajuți pilotul în liniște.

Ajutam în exterior, uneori chiar fara să percepem,

In haos, starea noastră interioară trebuie să revedem,

Doar mergând în interior, creăm armonia exterioară,

Acest proces de unificare are o alchimie foarte rară.

Atunci când vedem rafale, vânt puternic ce străbate,

Tunete și ploi ce peste toate sunt terific așezate,

Căutăm calea de mijloc, în interor, în tăcere și în pace,

In mijlocul furtunii stăm, cu calm vedem cum tot trece.

In echilibru, așteptăm să ne unim, așteptăm o trecere,

Acest echilibru aduce eliberare și apoi aplaudare,

Ușor vedem cât de simplu munții se pot deplasa,

Oricât de departe am fi, privind în interior găsim casa.

Doar în echilibru plecăm spre un alt loc mai puternici,

Când întregiti suntem, ne eliberăm ușor de orice frici.

La fel cum ajutăm pilotul, ajutăm și șoferul ce conduce,

Oferind indicații, susținând și dând spațiu, este pace.

Prin echilibru îi ținem trezi pe toți ce sunt pe drum,

O destinație-i mereu, uite cum la drum pornesc acum,

Călătorești înainte, apoi călătorești iar înapoi,

Călătorești acasa și iar mai departe tu pleci apoi.

Și uneori doar așteptăm totul să se rearanjeze,

Cu siguranță va fi bine când totul o să se configureze.

Și anticii mistici spun că a astepta e o virtute,

Alchimie putem obține adăugând creativitate.

Cultivăm tot ce-i nevoie, conștientă, sensitivitate,

Așteptăm în echilibru și îndurăm până se face dreptate,

Evoluția-i finală doar când inima-i cu adevărat eliberată,

Și poate mintea dirija, în conștiență, ca o sferă întregită.
