In life as well as in work, team play is very important. An individual will not be productive without a proper collective work from his team and as well the other way around. But even more important is a harmonic play in a team and this brings us to understanding the work language of another, it's about synchronization and finding common ground, about consciousness in doing individual work and as well when working together.
My four guidelines of Team Play and Responsibility go like this:
1. Stop looking at the mistakes of others and start finding a way to help them correcting in a way that they don't feel put to a wall but rather encouraged. Remember every now and then the wheel will always reverse.
2. Do your work consciously. Think every time that another might need to continue your work and they will need to understand what you have done so far. Document your actions, be clear and organized in communication the best you can.
3. Work in relaxation. Focus in a relaxed way. Take pauses every now and then when the stress gets too high and be confident your team has your back. Have the back of your team when they are under work as well. Do at least small, simple gestures for de-stressing for you and for others.
4. Look for performance in a non-competitive way. Think of it like a stool of birds - how harmoniously they fly together in synchronization and perfect alignment, yet being beautifully and unique individuals.

Bring some poetry into the work play arena and be performant in a creative way! The best do their best without stress.
